Wayne Fleischhacker, D.O., DABA, DABPM, DAAPM

Dr. Fleischhacker is the Director of Union Anesthesia Associates & Pain Management for the past 15 years. He received his medical and pain management training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is on staff and a teaching attending at Overlook Hospital. Dr. Fleischhacker is also on staff at Middlesex Surgery Center in Edison, Endosurgical Centers of Union and Clifton, Center for Ambulatory Care in Mountainside and Ambulatory Surgical Center of Union.

Dr. Fleischhacker is Board Certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Pain Medicine and American Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Fleishhacker is a member of American Society of Anesthesiologist, New Jersey Society of Anesthesiologists, American Board of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Pain Management, International Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and is a director and member of the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Fleischhacker practices solely pain management and has advanced training in the most current minimally invasive spine surgery techniques including, endoscopic and laser spine surgery.

Edward G Novik, M.D., DABA, DABPM

Dr. Novik is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He received his medical training and did his pain fellowship at SUNY Health Science Center of Brooklyn. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, the New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiology, International Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Novik is on staff and a teaching attending at Overlook Hospital. Dr. Novik is also on staff at Middlesex Surgery Center in Edison, Endosurgery Centers of Union and Clifton, Center for Ambulatory Care in Mountainside, Millburn Surgery Center in Millburn and the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Union.

Dr. Novik has advanced training in the most current minimally invasive spine surgery including endoscopic and laser surgery.

Michael A. Wilcenski M.D., DABA, DABPM

Dr Wilcenski is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He received his medical training at SUNY Health Science Center and received Magna Cum Laude honors. He was appointed chief resident during his training.

Dr. Wilcenski is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiology, New Jersey Society of Anesthesiology and New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Dr. Wilcenski is a teaching attending and on staff at Overlook Hospital. He is also on staff at Middlesex Surgery Center in Edison, Endosurgical Centers of Union and Clifton, Center for Ambulatory Care in Mountainside and Ambulatory Surgical Center of Union.
